Dr. Robert Jeffrey Board, MD

Positive: Dr. Board was a wonderful find! He always took the time to explain to me and my son what he was doing and respectfully answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a way I could understand. (How often do you ever get that kind of attention with any physician?!!!) Negative: We did find the wait times to be quite long many times at that practice and the customer service with the optician's (located within the practice) was atrocious...rude and extremely long waits there. All in all, it was worth putting up with the inconvenience of this practice being located a half hour from my home and with the downsides (mentioned above) of the practice to be able to have Dr. Jeffrey Board follow my son until he became an adult. If your child has complicated eye issues, Dr. Board is the one for you!

I was a little embarrassed with how loud the young receptionist was talking and asking me for my social security number.
