Dr. Robert James Bruno, MD

Horrible doctor. Hung up the phone on me. Does NOT care about his patients at all. Needs to have his license revoked. Please do not get sick. His appointments are a week away to get in. Worse doctor I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t send my dog to him. Horrible bedside manner. Terrible doctor all around.

Didn’t get past the front desk. Worst customer service so I can only imagine how the rest of the practice treats patients. The most rude front desk service ever.

One THE WORST DOCTORS I HAVE EVER w IN MY LIFE. This Dr asked for no previous medical records to be forwarded and treated me as if I were a homeless drug addict seeing a doctor for the 1st time. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE INSULTED INTELLECTUALLY AND UNTREATED MEDICALLY.

paid co pay for nothing. I'll spend the rest of my life in regret for seeing him, not because I wasted money, I just felt I got robbed. He did nothing

test results were in and he wanted me to come in. paid $25 because seeing the dr., told me results were normal, could have told me on the phone. so paid $25 for that and then he bills my insurance for the appointment, who knows how much maybe $150. wasn't necessary, sounds like insurance fraud to me

Dr. Bruno is an excellent doctor.

i had no insurance so i knew i was going to pay the full amount to go see dr. bruno. now keeping that in mind i was told over the phone it was going to be $180. ok, fine, no problem. i go see him and i was there with him for five min. all he did was refer me to two other doctors for my health concerns. so that was pointless to go see him because he was unable to do anything. then i get a bill for $250 7 days after the due date. unless you have a cold or something very simple to deal with, i wouldnt bother to go and see him.

We have been going to Dr. Bruno for years and have always found him to practice good medicine
