Dr. Robert Franklin Busch, MD

I scheduled a new-patient appointment and waited three weeks for it. About an hour before the appointment, the office called to cancel because the doctor was unavailable. I understand that emergencies can happen, but there was no explanation or apology. I had arranged my day around this appointment and changed my schedule to make time for it. Despite the office canceling with very little notice, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused, no offer of an earlier appointment, no alternative provider suggested, and the only rescheduling option was two weeks later. As a first-time patient, this experience left me concerned about the practice's communication, scheduling, and consideration for patients' time.

The visit with the provider Dr. Busch went extremely well. It was my first visit, and I will be returning to see him. He showed compassion and concern with the issues I wanted to address during my visit with him. He also discussed an effective treatment plan he thinks would fix my mental health needs. It has been hard trying to find the right provider for myself. For the first time in a long time, I am truly pleased with my choice of taking the step to schedule with him. I highly recommended Dr. Busch.

Helpful and friendly. Listened well and didn't just push medications which I appreciate.
