Go elsewhere. The terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Review Guidelines forbid an honest review. I am sure he is a fine doctor for other people, but I am left with a condition never had before cataract surgery, without resolution and debilitating. The effective use of one's eyes is critical to a patient's well being.

A totally great experience. And I have had more than a few bad experiences. You could not tell I had surgery - no problems whatsoever. Staff were courteous and kind. Dr. Cady was thorough, kind and efficient.

I like the fact that Dr Cady explains every detail of what is happening to my eyes and how we can correct some of it. I find the staff most enjoyable and feel like family when I am greeted either by Hillary or one of the nurses or Dr Cady himself. I recommend him highly.

I saw Dr. Cady for my annual eye exam and thought that he did a good job. As I was checking out, his secretary made me another appointment for 1 year out. Unfortunately, there was never any reminder card or phone call and I missed the appointment ( one year later). When I tried to reschedule my appointment, I was told that Dr. Cady was dismissing me from his practice because I failed one appointment! I thought that that was very unfair and his secretary just said that that was his policy! ( I had been a long standing patient and I had always paid by bill promptly.
