Best doctor my son ever had!

We can't say enough good things about how good a doctor he is. He has outstanding bedside manner and total commitment to his patients. The best doctor we have ever had.

Dr. Calabria is the best doctor around! He is kind loving and to the point. I travel an hour just to see him and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Since the group has come under Cadence their service has clearly decline. Although I feel the medical staff is competent some of the support staff borders on incompetent. Under Cadence it is impossible to talk directly to the medical staff. Communications is done haphazardly through MyChart and through form letters that may or may not actually address the issue at hand. Routine blood draws cannot be done at the office and you are sent across town to the hospital lab or across the hall to the urgent aid center to wait with all manner of sick folks. Something as simple as having them send a prescription, that they have ordered, to a pharmacy can take days. You cannot call the office directly. ALL calls MUST go through a call center where you are required to give medical information to a nameless, faceless voice who you may or may not wish to give that information to under normal circumstances. Are you giving that information to a neighbor, your child's classmate,who? Cadence is… clearly not concerned about patient service, but driven by bottom line considerations. If you are looking for routine checkups they may be a good place to go. If you have moderate to severe medical conditions that need more than email and form letter responses, I would look for a non Cadence affiliated physician group.

Wonderful doctor. Very patient, great bedside manner, explains everything really well, takes time with you, make referrals as appropriate.

I had a great visit with Dr Calabria today. Awesome front desk team of Sylvia and Jody. Fantastic Nursing staff of Monica, Lucy and Amy. Good test results and how to make better progress with current health issues made my day! Thanks Dr Calabria, you rock!

I love dr Calabria he is the best dr ive ever had!!! Everyone in the office is great too EXCEPT LUCY!!!! Every time ive come in contact with her she is VERY RUDE to me and ESPECIALLY MY KIDS!!!!! SHE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK BY CHILDREN!!!!!! U GUYS NEED TO GET RID OF HER AND GET SOMEONE FRIENDLY LIKE THE REST OF YOUR STAFF!!!!!!!!!

Easy to get in, great staff, always answer my questions on the phone and in person. His associate & PA are great too. I have used this doctor for myself and family for over 8 years and very pleased. I recommend him to all family and friends and they are pleased, too. Wonderful bedside manner, very intelligent, very respectful of patient preferences, accepting of alternative practices.
