Dr. Chalupczak is a caring dedicated physician. Every visit is informative and encouraging.

I have been seeing Dr Chalupczak for years now and am disappointed with the office. I was trying to make an appointment due to a car accident I was in and they wanted me to pay 200.00 up front. I have health insurance with a co-pay of 45.00. I contacted my insurance and they stated the would pay for office visits just like any other claim. I informed the office of this and they refused to bill my insurance. I am changing Dr and will never go to this office again. Stay away.

My wife had an appointment today so that she could get her prescription refilled. We walked into the office 6 minutes late. We waited another minute or so before we were waited on. The receptionist said that because we were 7 minutes late that the doctor would probably not see us. We explained to her that we a lot of traffic because of the rain and there was no where to park as reasons for being 7 minutes late. After explaining to her our reasons for being late she told us that we were now 10 minutes late. We had another doctors appointment in a hour and a half and we told the receptionist that we couldn’t wait to see if they could fit us in. I guess it’s time to find a new doctor.
