Dr. Robert Jen Chiu, MD

I saw Dr. Chiu for the first time a couple weeks ago. He gave me filler around my mouth to improve appearance of sagging jowls. I had absolutely no pain and a beautiful result. I’ve seen a number of plastic surgeons over the years for similar treatments, and my result with Dr. Chu was noticeably the best. He is attentive and personable and listened well to my objectives.Very happy.

Awful people to deal with. Was told my $100 would go toward any procedure it didn’t matter when. Tried to schedule a procedure and they said it was too late. Requested to talk with office manager or doctor and they never called back

Awful. Told me the $100 could be used toward procedure with no time limit. When I went back the rude receptionist said it was too late I told her I wanted to speak with office manager or the doctor and they never called me back. Very poor communication will never go to this office again!

I always receive excellent care from Dr. Chiu. He is meticulous and takes great care to do just enough so you look like a better version of yourself. ??????????

I went to Dr. Chiu for rhinoplasty. After my first consultation, Sarah emailed me several times, since I said I was looking around for the best doctor. She would send me inappropriate emails telling me that if I had the procedure done by someone other than Dr. Chiu, he would need to fix it. After researching a bit and reading all of these great reviews, I decided to go with him. Right away, I noticed my nose was suddenly significantly crooked, it is difficult to breathe, it is stuck up like a pig, there's a bump AND needless to say I will be getting a second surgery by someone else. I was originally told these were attributed to swelling, a year later it was attributed to the way my nose was already? I have pictures to prove the contrary. Not to mention, I had alar base reduction, and my nostrils are seriously unsymmetrical. He refuses to admit my nose was reshaped to be crooked and that he just does not have a enough experience or knowledge to be performing alar base reduction. During… my follow-ups he told me I need a chin implant and Botox? I said botox would be through my dermatologist, and he told me my doctor who has done wonders to my skin was no where near as good as him. He's awful!

I met Dr. Chiu 8 years ago. He knows exactly what I am looking for. I want to keep on looking natural and not overdone. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. I finally decided to have my eyes done last February. I couldn’t be happier. I am his patient forever! Sylvie

Dr. Chiu is incredible. If you are considering botox or filler or anything for that matter, He is the best. He is methodical and a perfectionist. I've had botox other places and there is no comparison. He is so talented, there is virtually no pain and he takes his time to study exactly where to place the filler etc. His assistant Sara is so welcoming and kind and always follows up after your visit to ensure you are satisfied. I highly recommend going to Dr. Chiu for a natural result performed by a talented Plastic surgeon. Why would you trust your face to anyone else?
