Rather unprofessional office. I showed up to the 45th St. WPB location from my Boynton Beach location (Long drive!). I had scheduled weeks ahead only to be told the doctor wasn’t in! She said they called me yesterday to tell me. They had called a number that was no longer in service. I asked why they hadn’t called the insurance that had referred me to their office (Dr. Coppola’s office) to get my contact number . The woman up front said they would have no number for my insurance. “Really?” I said rather credulously. “They pay you ?! Well, I’d like to file a complaint- please give me the form to fill out.” “I could give you a blank piece of paper, “ she said, reaching for what looked to be printer paper. Apparently there was no method of filing complaints. “Never mind.” I said. “I’ll put the complaint review on the internet.” Then I left.
