Dr. Robert Hayes Crawford, MD

Dr. Crawford is an empathetic, experienced health care provider and an excellent listener. I always feel better after talking with him. A recent health concern had me call the office to speak to a nurse. An office visit was easily scheduled for the next morning. Although the appointment was scheduled with his PA, I met with Dr. Crawford. He listened to my concerns and agreed to my request, then suggested additional testing and possible treatment options. I appreciate that he's a partner in my care. Also, let me mention that his receptionist is very cheerful and efficient. A pleasant first encounter whenever I visit the office.

Very patient, listened to me and gave me answers, he did not rush me at all.

He treated us like we were trash, very unprofessional and careless he made an assumption and went with it. He told me to take an antibiotic that I already had been taking but he told me I had to go buy it again even after I told him I was already taking the same exact one. So they charged me $150.00 that my insurance won't cover, to tell me to do exactly what i'm already doing, and I still have no answers. so when I left I still had the same problem but no answer and feeling worse because of how he treated us. Avoid this doctor if you can.

Condescending and does not listen to the patient. Spent, in total, about 5 minutes with me and told me to take advil. A waste of my time and money.
