Dr. Cross is the kind of doctor everyone looks for. He does not pretend to know everything and he listens to his patients. He knows how to talk to people. His nurses are wonderful and really set the tone for your appt. I believe the receptionist and nurse are an extension of the doctor. I left a good doctor because his nurse was not nice and seemed to hate her job or life or both

Dr.Cross is committed to getting to know you personally. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly concerned with you, as a whole person. He never seems rushed and will answer or explain anything until you understand. I give him a hands up on my care and the care of my family over the years.

Dr. Cross has consistently not only given my family excellent care, but goes the extra mile. He has discovered several small problems with different family members that actually should have been picked up on by the various specialists we see. I have been impressed by how well he stays up to date and by his gentle but professional bedside manner. I thought I would never trust a doctor again after our previous physician almost let one of my children die by his poor care. I would trust my life to Dr. Cross!
