Dr. Crowder has been my Dr.for many years. He gets to the bottom of your problems. Would recommend him to anyone!

I referred my fiancé to Heritage Medical because I have had great experiences with the company as a whole but Dr. Crowders office is THE worst office I have seen when it comes to test results and follow up! My fiancé has had to call every day for 2 weeks to speak to someone about lab results. Then when someone FINALLY calls you back, they let you know that your results, WHICH WERE DRAWN A MONTH AGO, haven’t been reviewed yet. They said that “they will put a request in”, but it has been a month.... The voicemail says you will hear back within 24 hours...but that actually means 2 weeks to a month. If you are dealing with someone’s health, there needs to be more urgency and respect on results, treatment, etc. Incompetent office to say the very least!

Dr. Crowder has been my doctor for at least 17 years and I love his staff and him! He listens, he doesn't look too much to the prescription pad for a solution, but to talk things out and see what we can do to help before turning to medication.
