Dr. Robert C Cykiert, MD

I have been seeing Dr Cykiert for several years. He is very professional and extremely knowable. I recently had cataract surgery after living with blurry vision. I now see perfectly. I am totally confident in recommending him.

Excellent doctor -- thorough and professional. He found I needed cataract surgery and the surgery was perfect -- I now have 20-20 vision with no side effects and complete recovery within 24 hours. He is skilled and careful -- that's what you want in a doctor dealing with your eyesight.

He was recommended by another Ophthalmologist for a serious cornea issue, that nobody was able to get under control. He saved my eye, after going to multiple specialists. Recommend him highly.

Hour two of my wait here. And, I was the first appt. this is my 5th visit, and definitely my last. No one even apologizes or acknowledges it.He’s a good doctor, but to spend an entire day for a routine check up is just ridiculous. It’s rude that they even book so many. Also I get the feeling he’d rather just be giving Botox rather than seeing patients with eye issues. Bummer. From hour two in the waiting room.

Excellent doctor. I recently had a cataract removed and a lens implant with wonderful results. Dr Cykiert was very patient, answered all my questions and explained everything well.

I saw Dr Cykiert after a routine retinal reattachment surgery . He was referred to me as a “corneal specialist”. Within one month, I lost ALL sight in my left eye because of his wreckless disregard of my health and medical protocol .

My husband and I have been Dr. Cykiert's patients for 20+ years. Through the years, his care has been excellent . I recently had cataract surgery done by him that had excellent results. He spends as much time as you need to thoroughly explain any questions or concerns you might have. I was surprised that some of his reviews were all about the wait times and not the skill and expertise of Dr. Cykiert. Personally, I would wonder about a doctor that had no one in their waiting room. He has a long wait time but he's a popular doctor, and definitely worth it.

Dr. Cykiert office is disorganized and unfriendly. He is only concerned about his wallet and must not pay or treat his staff well because the staff is different everytime I go. I got sick of waiting 2 hours despite my appointment and requested the first appointment and still had to wait as they give appointment at 8:30 but they are still preparing the office at that time. If you forget your insurance card, it does not matter if you have been his patient for 10 years, he wants you to pay or leave. I'm moving on!

Just saw Dr.Cykiert this afternoon and had a perfect experience. I have never had such a thorough eye exam. He addressed all my issues and answered all my questions. The staff was wonderful and courteous. The exam took a long time but I thought it was reasonable since I had several tests and a dilation. He diagnosed my three issues and put me at ease and gave me a plan for how to deal with them. I will certainly go back and will confidently let him perform procedures I will need in the future.

was recommended to Dr Cykiert by a doctor friend. He may be a capable doctor but his entire staff are unhelpful and rude. walked out of my last visit after waiting nearly two hours and saw several patients being treated who had later apps and arrived after did. while he may treat your eyes you will need another doctor to treat your escalating blood preasure
