Dr. Robert Scott Czepiel, MD

My family has been seeing Dr Czepiel for many years. He is always attentive, takes his time and listens to everything thoroughly. I never feel rushed. He has been a great doctor.

Dr. Czepiel is by far the most kind, patient, and knowledgeable family doctor I have ever met. I am truly thankful I had the "happy accident" of becoming one of his (longtime: more than 15 years) patients. He takes time with each patient, he listens with thoughtfulness, he clearly explains options, and answers any and all questions you may have. He truly cares about his patients. He gives each patient all the time they need, always. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

You are always left on hold when you call this office. Always. On hold. These "people" don't realize that our time is money also. The doctor's office is obviously way too busy to attend to its growing number of patients, yet they are still accepting more. Definitely in it for the dollar without paying attention to the individual patient. When they finally pick up the phone after countless minutes spent on hold, they treat you like they are harried, they are inconsiderate, and are extremely impersonal. They seldom call you back when they say they will. They don't care. I would go anywhere else but here--this is a business, not a health care facility.
