Dr. Robert Mason Daniels, MD

First time patient. Specifically asked for first appointment I could get in the morning. I showed up 30 minutes early. Even not counting the time I arrived early I wanted 1.5 hours. I asked for an update and was told I was the next patient. After another 35 minutes of this I left without being seen. I was fasting due to a blood draw they knew about and was getting hungry and lightheaded. I saw a number of people waiting and not being seen. I will never return to him or this practice. No respect for my time.

Awful wait time. Expect to see the doctor at least an hour past your appointment time. If the doctor is ever out of town, do not expect to receive your prescription until they are back from vacation or where else. If you believe you are thin, you are wrong and expect the doctor to call you fat every time they see you.

I have tried to get early or just after lunch appointments but even those somehow they schedule people before you. I had an 9 apt one day and was not seen until 10:15....how can you be that late only 1 hour into the day????

Today there was an unusually long waiting period but when it came my turn, Dr Daniels did not rush me to make up for it. He has been my doctor for many years. I am overweight and he said nothing about it, but when I told him that I was trying to lose weight he was very supportive. I trust this doctor completely.

I have been with Dr. Daniels since 6/2014 and before that 1999 - 2005. He always is attentive and listens to me. Yet he is forceful when he believes something is right for me. An example, my PSA was increasing slightly. He was a bit concerned so we tracked it for several months. Since it was continuing to rise he suggested I go see a urologist, which I did reluctantly. The urologist also worked with me as my PSA was still rising and he recommended a biopsy even though I was not showing any symptoms. To quiet everyone I relented and had the procedure. The results were not good. So a few months later I had my prostate cancer operated on. I thank Dr. Daniels for being insistent!

I was a long time patient and went to seek assistance with alcoholism in 2015 with Dr. Daniels. Dr. Daniels was rude, disrespectful and simply told me to stop drinking and find a treatment facility. No guidance, I just lost two family members to a vehicle accidents and he provided no resources; he was rude and condescending. Never again will I go to this facility.

My 76 year old Mother saw Dr. Daniels for a UTI. She told him that she is very sensitive to medications and tends to experience the side effects. So he put her on Levaquin. The morning after she took the medication she experienced dizziness and had a seizure. She tried calling Dr. Daniels office and initially spoke to Charlotte. Charlotte put her on hold and never came back. When we finally got a hold of someone at the office their advice to my Mother was to continue to take the medication. That the seizures were caused by the bacteria leaving her body?! When we told him that we were concerned that she is 76 years old and lives alone... what is she has a seizure and falls down? That didn't sway their opinion. They didn't ask her to come back in... they didn't tell her to go to the hospital. They were useless.

Most of us hate to go to the doctor especially as we get older... all medical practices ar sorely overloaded. One of the reviews I read was severely slanted and appeared to blame the doctor for the downsides of the health industry that we all have to live..... Dr. Daniels is a pleasant person with knowledge, kindness and a easy manner. I have seen him every 3 months for a number of years and have alway found him easy to talk to.

find another doctor-some care some just wanna make a dollar.30 minutes late then wants to lecture.Talks about facts not supported by the report he is looking at.
