I can’t say enough to describe how wonderful Dr DePond is! He genuinely cares about his patients and their well being. After he thoroughly explained my options I underwent hysterectomy a month ago by him which has absolutely changed my life for the better. Dr DePond always took the time to answer all my questions and called to check on me multiple times after my surgery. He is one of the most down to earth, caring and compassionate physicians I have ever encountered.

I’ve been his patient for years and he is the best. I credit him for an early discovery of cancer. He is knowledgeable and kind.

Besides the fact that the practice is extremely busy and appointments are difficult to set in a close proximity, the care Dr. DePond is providing is second to none. Grateful that he choose to practice in Charleston.

I love Dr. Depond. He is a wonderful doctor, he's so caring & he really listens. If something is concerning to you he will take it seriously instead of treating you as if you're stupid. I had a large septated cyst on my ovary and he preformed the surgery for me, he was so caring and did a great job. Several months later I found out I was pregnant. Due to the symptoms I was experiencing he advised me to go to the ER in case it could be a tubal pregnancy - he actually came to the ER after he got off work to check on me and make sure I was okay! That to me is going above and beyond! Since finding out I was pregnant I had to start seeing a different doc for OB because he only practiced GYN & this other doc has really proven to me what a great doctor Dr. Depond is & he has made me miss him! After I have the baby I am planning to go back to Dr. Depond. BTW the staff is great as well!

I was misdiagnosed with a cyst by five doctors before scheduling with Dr. Depond, who made the correct diagnosis. He was the first and only doctor in a six month adventure, who listened to my concerns and searched for the root cause of my symptoms. He was professional and concerned. The nurses were also highly professional and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Depond.
