Dr. Robert Marshall Dorn, MD

Now that records have been scanned into the office computer system, Dr. Dorn did not have a laptop with him during our visit together in order to access my past records should I have had a question. He had a single paper related to the current visit. His nurse is unprofessional as she addressed me, as a waitress would, using names for me such as "honey" and "sweetie" very unprofessional. I asked that a call me made to another doctor's office to inquire why a directive had not been received by Dorn's office and was told by Dr. Dorn that his office help was too busy to make the call why I was there. When I left the office, the 3 office personnel were clearly not busy at that time and could have made the call. I have no real problem with Dr. Dorn and trust his judgments. The practice itself, leaves much to be desired on several levels.
