Dr. Robert Scott Emerick, MD

I love this doctor. He's far more experienced and helpful than all other doctors. I wish Kentucky especially Hazard would get him back because we need him so bad. - Meg

To all in Hazard that are like me upset over Dr. Emerick no longer being there, you need to message the one over the clinic and tell them you want Dr. Emerick back, I already have. No body knows what a night mare this really is. I've had bad dreams about this nearly every night lately. I got sick other day needing heart care and now I don't have my heart doctor to help me, and I don't want these foreign or low experience doctors taking care of my heart. Hazard let the best get away when losing Dr. Emerick. Does any one know if he is any where in the state of KY?

Can Dr. Emerick find a new place to doctor back in South Eastern KY. He has devastated patients grieving so much over him leaving our area. One is grieving so bad they refuse to see any other doctors and are very heart broken. I've been informed several have walked out when hearing he's no longer there. In all honesty we don't have any heart doctors we trust now.

If Dr. Emerick's patients are like me and devasted because Dr. Emerick is no longer in South Eastern KY call the hospital CEO as well as the bosses over his past office and voice your complaints loud and clear. I already have. Oh let them know you won't be back till he is. We don't have to take that.

I'm very devastated. I thought he cared about us in Hazard. Why did he leave us. He was the only heart doctor I had that could work with me knowing I was a very neverous person. So I don't have a doctor now.

Let me just say this is one of the nicest cardiologist, I have ever met. I always feel comfortable with him, I feel free to ask questions about any of my concerns. he is the best cardiologist Hazard KY has ever had.I hope we can keep him around for a long time. Because he is so knowledgeable in his field. He has the best bedside manner. He really cares about his paientce,wish all doctors was like him. I am so thankful for Dr.Emerick!

Best Doctor Cardiac Study Center ever had! We live in N. Idaho now, and if we could find out where he was practicing now, there would be no didtance too far to travel to obtain his services.

We love this man but not the clinic of Card Study Center. More then once we have made an appt in Puyallup go to find out the appt was in Tacoma. It was never their mistake even after showing them the appt card. Another time an appt was made to find out the dr wasn't even in the office that day. Dr Emerick was the only reason why we went to that clinic

Always very cordial and a listner. Dr Emerick tried to reopen an earlier instlled stent that had closed. Backed off when any further presure could result in damage to the artery. A heart surgeon was wanting to do single bypass. Dr Emerick reviewed the imaging test I had earlier and noted that I was building by passes around the closed artery. Dr Emerick did not feel a bypass was necessary. With that encouragement, I really placed emphasis on my daily excercise and diet program. I was very disappointed to see Dr Emerick leave the Cardic Study Center. If I knew where he was at I would go to some extreme to have him perform heart evaluations. It is hard to attain faith in another Dr. after bein cared for by Dr Emerick. One of two finest doctors I have been a ;patient of.
