Robert Engel needs to retire. Robert took six extra months to finish up our investigation according to the expected timeline. Our evaluation was unfinished when handed over and had to be returned to complete. Still came back missing important information that professional evaluations include. Robert allowed the other party more office visits. The opposing party was allowed to leave testing and that evaluation was never included or made part of custody recommendation or even considered. Another independent evaluator revealed that opposing party has anti social disorder. That other evaluator didn’t charge anywhere near the amount Engel did. I’m talking a few hundred verses thousands. Robert used our time at our first meeting to talk about himself and say us how great he is at his job. He shamed his competitor. What Engel lacks he makes up in denial. Our daughters shared about alienation and abusive parenting and this was not mentioned or considered. Robert does not care about… fairness. He gets paid upfront.
