Dr. Ennis was polite and professional. At no time did I feel rushed during our visit. I asked as many questions as I wanted and Dr. Ennis answered each one sincerely. He explained everything throughly so it was easy to understand. He listened and considered my personal preferences on treatment as well as provided his suggestions. I did not feel pressured in any way. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and professional. This visit exceeded my expectations!

Love Dr. Ennis. Love his staff behind the door, especially Mimi. Front desk girl, not so much. Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't call back, terrible front desk help. Can't wait until they find somebody new for that position.

I’ve been taking my wife here for almost 4-5 years. Mistakes upon mistakes with her medications going to the wrong pharmacy - multiple times- and prescription amounts written wrong and now lab mistakes. This office needs some serious work.

Dr. Ennis was demeaning and treated me like I was an ignorant child. After explaining financial/insurance issues, I had to can 1 appointment, 3 weeks later, I called to reschedule and they said he qould no longer see me because of that issue. Unbelievable. Also, staff has NO clue what they are doing and unable to simply answer the phone.

Sadly after eight years, I’m looking for new doctor, because I feel so disrespected by dr Ennis and his staff. First of all the girls that work the front desk, CSR’s, never answers the phone and even if she does she never calls back with updates, Second of all I’ve been trying to order a dexcom system for over two months with little to no assistance from doctor ennis, because they never signed and returned paperwork I had to call them few times to try work someone out. Third of all I went at his office once and he wasn’t there as usual, the P.A. Saw me instead, I was there for 5 minutes, they billed me anyways. The last time I called to make an appointment they said they’re going to charge me an additional 50 dollars for missing an appointment without adequate notice (couldn’t make it) frustrated with everything what happened I asked her if she can waive that outrageous fee she just recommended that I can start looking for a for another doctor. I’ve been with Dr. Ennis for a long… time, he charges 400 dollars per appointment and couldn’t waive this, I feel so disappointed and I think he should care more for his patients!

Dr Ennis not only looks out for my thyroid issues, but has flagged issues with my blood pressure and heart rate as well. Excellent and caring Dr

I recommend Dr. Ennis highly. He is exceptional. I like how well he listens AND remembers what has been said at previous visits. He is very knowledgeable, caring and skilled at evaluating your symptoms and medical tests. He understands my complex endocrine issues. His office and staff are friendly and helpful.
