Dr. Robert Charles Feldman, MD

I have been seeing Dr Feldman for years. He is a knowledgeable, caring physician whose expertise extends to the whole patient, not just the eyes. For me, that's especially important because I have some autoimmune conditions, including Sjrogren's (dry eye, etc.). He and his staff are efficient but also take time to be human, and Dr Feldman has been outstanding in explaining things, really checking things out and addressing my occasional concerns. In a few cases when I had something urgent come up, I was able to be seen by him or an also impressive, caring colleague very quickly. He and staff are very helpful in helping patients use insurance to best advantage, keep costs down, etc. And you are greeted with a smile at every turn by staff who seem to enjoy the work and their patients. The eyeglass folks know what they are doing, and make great recommendations on frames. But Dr Feldman himself is outstanding.

Arrived 15 minutes late and they turned me away. This is how you treat a patient of ten years?

Waited 40 minutes for my appointment. Had an unfriendly receptionist who barked at me when I asked a question. The doctor seemed competent but I was in and out of the exam so fast I didn't know what hit me. It is like a factory, not a lot of patient care going on there. I won't be back

I have been Dr. Feldman's patient for 20 years and I would recommmend him to all. I look for his name in the list of participating doctors when selecting an insurance plan.
