I am retired from the medical field and I research all doctors completely. Dr. Felman is a doctor because he wants to help people. He never told me this ... I can tell from his actions, words, and obvious empathy. Last thing on my checklist for any doctor is the office staff. The staff I met has been around for a long time and they are kind, patient and seem happy to work with Dr. Felman. Person answering phones was cheerful. The path the Dr. sent me on has resulted in vast testing leading to an accurate diagnosis and subsequent surgery scheduled in a few days. I will be out of pain and danger soon. Thank you and I will be back for a colonoscopy after I heal.

Very pleased with the customer service and staff. Dr. Bob also gave me and accurate diagnosis and solution to my stomach problems! I would recommend Dr. Felman to anyone and everyone. :D
