Please avoid this facility and Dr Robert W Fleigelman at all cost. The facility is dirty unkept. The instruments and furniture is outdated and not in good condition. It appears the facility was filled with second hand medical equipment. I went there for a medical examination for my organizatino. Part of the examination is the eye examination. The instrument used to conduct the eye examination was old and outdated and was not clean before my examination or after. The interaction with the so called Dr Fleigelman was horrific. He was rude, disrespectful and an ego maniac. I'm not sure if he is on psychological drugs or what but he is one where his bedside manner is unacceptable. His presentation of himself was less than desirable and I thought maybe he was the janitor. He was dressed in unkep pantts and shirt which depicted him as someone who did not care about his appearance or his presentation. He looked like he slept in his clothes. His personal presentation is depicted in the facity… which is dirty and unkept and the facility appears like no one caresand unkempt.This is the a reflection of Fleigelman. Please avoid this facility and this so called doctor.

I was advised to go to Occupational Medical Center reference an injury I suffered from from work as a law enforcement officer. They placed me in the room and I waited for two hours. No one came to me and explained nothing. Customer service sucks. I walk out this is unacceptable.

I arrived early to the Urgent Medical Centers of America located at 12012 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL 33025, to ensure I would be one of the first patients to be seen since I had to work at 9:00am. The office at this location opens at 8:30am. As I tried to open the door at 8:30am to enter the office, I noticed that it was still locked. I proceeded to wait outside the door in the hot Florida sun for 10 minutes (while making eye contact with the employees inside) until they finally decided to open their door at 8:40am. I checked in with the front desk attendant, filled out the paperwork she requested of me, waited for her to enter everything into the computer, made a payment for my visit and sat back down to continue to wait. I was the only patient that entered this facility during this duration of time. I now understand why â?¦ Ultimately I ended up waiting 45 minutes from the time the office shouldâ??ve opened at 8:30am, to finally have the front desk attendant approach me and… say, â??The doctor (Dr. Robert W. Fleigelman) will not be arriving this morning until 10:00am.â?? The words â??Iâ??m sorryâ?? were never spoken from her mouth, while delivering the news that I had wasted 45 minutes of my time. She then proceed to say, â??Are you able to wait or do you have to leave for work?â?? as Iâ??m sitting there in my button-down, collared shirt and dress-slacks (apparent business attire). I noted that I had to leave for work and asked why she didnâ??t notify me of this delay upon my arrival. She had no good answer to give. I proceeded to leave the office to go to another walk-in clinic. As Iâ??m about to get into my car, I realized that the front desk attendant never attempted to nor offered to refund me my payment. I walked back in to ask for a refund, and discovered that the front desk attendant did not know how to do this. She had to go get assistance from the nurse to complete my refund, which took an additional 15 minutes. This by far was the worst customer service Iâ??ve ever received from a walk-in clinic facility. The unprofessional behavior and lack of patient respect from Dr. Robert W. Fleigelman and his staff should be reason enough for you not consider visiting this office.
