I went to Dr. Friday a while back for some arthritis related pain and his first recommendation was for me to try to get pregnant as “it can help”. What is this 1950?? I was taken aback by his attitude. He then tried to prescribe me a malaria medicine for pain which another rheumatologist was shocked by.

I finally found a rheumatologist who gave me the right medication. I haven't felt so well in years.

All other docs could "find" my MRI at same hospital whereas he claimed he could not. Said he would read my charts after the appointment. I doubted he would. Never wrote after visit summary or notes whereas all other doctors at that hospital do. No follow up. Tried to get me to go elsewhere, even to other rheumatologists! Claimed he could do nothing for symptoms that other rheumatologists do treat. He was knowledgeable on some things which was good but missed two important blood tests it later turned out I really should have had. Yet he told me he would look to make sure nothing was missing.

Dr. Friday is an extremely congenial physician providing a relaxed atmosphere for interaction. He is very knowledgeable and listens to his patient. The staff are courteous and strive to make the patient comfortable.

I had a poor experience with Dr. Friday. He was abrupt and rude. I had one appointment and will not be returning.
