Dr. Robert Paul Fulmer, MD

Dr. Robert Fulmer is a specialist in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery with extensive experience in allergy care. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his residency training at the University of Texas Health System. With 37 years of practice, Dr. Fulmer brings decades of expertise to treating patients with ear, nose, throat, and allergy conditions. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
