Dr. Getter is a very talented and skilled surgeon. My pain was minimal after a laminectomy and the healing process was much easier than I expected. He is great at explaining the process and shows empathy to his patients. If you are looking for a spine doctor/surgeon look no further. You are in good hands with Dr. Getter.

Dr. Getter was terrific. He took his time with me. He explained the options I had and certainly didn't push for surgery!!! He wants me back in a month to see how things are healing and then discuss whether surgery is necessary! I liked that idea instead of just going right for the knife. I would recommend him for sure!!!

I am an 82 yo male whose quality of life has returned thanks to the diagnosis and superlative surgery performed by Dr. Getter. His patients are seniors like me who have medicare which does not pay doctors the same as those doctors who do not take medicare patients. Thus, Dr. Getter is very efficient and organized to administer to a large number of patients in order to cover his overhead.. He does not waste your time or his. Come prepared with questions and he will take the time to answer you. If you expect a lenghty chat go to someone else but if you want an excellent surgeon he is the one you want. Charlotte county is lucky to have him.
