Excellent MD, very precise

Dr Feiertag has taken care of me for a couple years now. He listens to my complaints and is very attentive. His explanations make sense and he explains things in a way that make it easy to understand.

Feiertag is an exceptional MD. Explains medical issues and possible causes, range of solutions, his best recommendation for treatments and probable outcomes and possible issues. Concerned, compassionate, highly competent and highly skilled. Great personality. Terrific staff. I trust his judgement.

Dr Feiertag is very nice and very thorough

Dr. Feiertag was very thorough in his assessment of my condition and explained everything to me in precise, yet easily understandable detail.

I had an appointment with Dr Fieretag about severe back & neck pain. Pinched nerve in neck & upper right back, sometimes unbearable. The Dr. asked a few questions & had me do some arm motions. His cell phone went off, he looked at the number & said solicitation call. Few minutes later phone rings again, he answers and starts talking about the fan on his boat. I am 69 years old and never had a Dr. take personal calls during an office visit. In fact there are always signs in Dr. offices to turn off cell phones. So my insurance is paying for an office visit while the Dr. is carrying on personal business while treating a patient in the exam room. He scheduled an MRI, prescribed muscle relaxers & recommended physical therapy. This took all of 10 minutes. Another appointment in 2 months. Will not be going back to him. If his boat is more important than his patients he needs to retire..

Knowledgeable. Not a procedure pusher.

My mom went on her own to visit him. She has a history of bleeding. He scheduled a back surgery two day laters. Not even a week to get off her blood thinners. Didn’t check with her oncologist. Day after surgery she was admitted for blood clots. One week later she died. This man should not have a medical license. Stay away.

Before my first visit I had an MRI done that showed 2 herniated discs. Had my first visit with Dr Feiertag and it lasted 5 minutes. He said there were no herniated discs and it was just a muscle strain. He walked out talking into his recorder. Saw my other dr and he said it was herniated discs and wanted to know if the other Dr knew how to read an MRI. Scheduled again with Dr Feiertag and took a month to get in. He then claimed "oh yea you do have herniated discs but thats not causing your pain." No solution, no exam, no nothing just walked away again dictating into his recorder. Got a new Dr and he went over everything. showed me the MRI, showed me the herniated discs and began helping. Feiertag is useless!!!!
