Dr. Robert Joseph Giombetti Jr, MD

Kind, considerate and very professional./

Giombetti is very impolite & rude & curt person; his motivation seems to want patients to come in regularly whether they need it or not. he also is in hurry to end the visiting session; his front desk staff also take a page from him & very impolite & unfriendly.

At my first visit, he came into the office half an hour late, and I wasn't even the first patient scheduled. He decided I had to visit again in a month, so he could get my medical records. At the second visit, he never showed up, and his office never bothered to follow up on getting my medical records. However, I was charged for the appointment even though it never happened. A month later, I called to see if the office had obtained my medical records, and they hadn't even bothered to try to get them. He and his staff provided me with the worst service ever. I guess most of his patients have memory loss issues and don't even realize how much he screws them over!

I found Dr. Giombetti to be courteous, professional and concerned. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews-maybe he read them and took nice pills.
