Dr. Robert William Gluck, MD

Absolutely the last person you'd want to see if you care about your health and dignity. He keeps you waiting, he is arrogant, brusque and in the end wouldn't prescribe basic medication that any other doctor in his profession would.

Saw this Urologist Maybe 2 0r 3 times in Glendale Qns for a Prostate exam and talk about Fast service!. I last saw Quick Draw In 2018, Accepted my insurance until I received a bill about one year later from his midtown Office asking for a portion of the bill that was not covered which seemed odd because he always accepted Payment from my insurance carrier Before. His office claims he no longer is a provider with My insurance plan and without notice does not serve the Qns office anymore. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend This Urologist..

Excellent Doctor who cares deeply about his patients.

Waited an hour passed my appt. time. Gluck and staff could not find my PSA results. 2 staff members walked into my room talking. I asked a question 3 times and was completely ignored. Dr. Gluck told me I had kidney stones. In my next appt. he denied ever saying so. He spoke to me in a crass and demeaning tone. DO NOT GO TO THIS UROLOGIST. There are 1000's of urologist. Do Not subject yourself to his so-called practice.

Can't ask for anyone better than Dr. Gluck

First time at this doctor. He is terrible, takes no time what so ever to examine and discuss case.

I've been to dr Gluck 3 times since march. This last time I went to him, he came in the room and said, nice to meet u I'm dr Gluck, to which I replied I've seen u 3 times already. His beside manners are amongst the worst I've ever seen before, he kept his back to me the whole time. I see him in queens, ( which he's only in the office once a month). The last time I saw him , I told him ( again the things that were wrong for the 3rd time) and his response was come see me in my Manhattan office . He's very unprofessional, no manners, he walke in late a half hour into the office and he didn't give me any medication for my issues, and wastes my time..why on the 4th visit are you deciding that CT scans and sonograms are necessary when the first 3 times we could have gotten them done? Never going back to him and I don't re commend him

2 hours waiting for a 5 minute consultation

feels like a diagnostic mill. waited 1.25 hours to get a test that was negative and then a quick "ok then" without much care to follow up on my symptoms at all

visited Dr. Gluck @ Midtown Urologic Associates for incontinence issues and was given a painful physical exam by him after enduring an assembly-line waiting room environment, followed by advice to make a follow-up appt for further tests and his expressed concern it "could be Prostate Cancer"! His attitude towards me felt arrogant and condescending, and when I went to another Urologist recommended by friends all of the tests were performed during my first visit and I was given a clean bill of health, along with helpful suggestions to deal with my issues.
