Dr. Robert Greenblum, MD

Consistently runs 1-2 hours behind, never an apology from the staff or Dr. Greenblum. After today's appointment I will be finding a new ortho. Waiting room is complete chaos.

Honestly thought he was creepy. Got too close. Didn't ask me any questions. I have really bad back pain when I shouldn't bc I'm young. Said I was perfect and prescribed pain meds. Terrible. The x Ray technician was nice so was the Spanish lady

Terrible experience. The walks from the parking lot into the building and from the elevator to the office are very long. The TV in the waiting room is blaring. Once inside, you can hear everything he tells the other patients -- which was, sorry I can't do anything - come back in 2 weeks. He told me to throw away my crutches, walk on my foot as much as possible and come back in 2 weeks. I went to another dr who gave me pain rx & ordered an MRI. I have a fracture.

Had I visited this site prior to my visit, I would have saved myself time, aggravation and money. My experience was unbelieveaby similar to the one expressed by the patient review dated Jul 13, 2011. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9 am appointment and waited over an hour before being taken to the back, where I was handed a HIPA form totally in Spanish. Of course, since I didn't speak that language, I complained and was told I would have to wait till one was available in English. I was then put in an examination room where I waited for 45 minutes for the doctor to arrive. While in the examination room, I could not help but overhear members of the staff complain about other patients and talk inapproriately about their personal lives. When the doctor finally arrived, he was rude and refused to listen to my explanation of what I believed was contributing to my shoulder problems. He insisted that my neck was not the cause---which it turned out was indeed the root of my problems. … He talked over me as I was trying to explain and then proceeded to tell me that "all doctors do that!" The only person in this organization which exhibited any sense of kindness and professionalism was the x-ray technician. I would highly discourage anyone from utilizing the services of this practice.

I did not like experience in Dr. Greenblums office: 1.I arrived 15 minutes before the time of my appointment to make sure that I would complete all forms without impacting doctors schedule. One more patient and I had to wait outside the office in the hallway (no chairs) for 15 minutes before we were let in. It took another half an hour before I was brought into the examination room.2.The doctor showed up about forty five minutes late. Based on the statement from the office manager, the doctor is never on time. In addition it appears that they schedule two patients for the same time. 3.Staff discussed personal issues as well as issues of other patients quite openly. With the door into the examination room opened, one cannot help but overhear.4.An X-Ray technician was very nice and professional.5.Doctor briefly (less than 5 minutes) explained diagnosis and treatment options without showing X-Ray results.6.Staff did not know details of my insurance plan and dismissed my… recommendations regarding prescription. That caused three day delay in scheduling the additional diagnostic procedure.7.I went to another doctors office for the second opinion and will continue treatment there.
