Dr. Robert Paul Griggs JR.

I have been going to Dr. Griggs for 29 years. He delivered both my sons thru high risk pregnancies and was always thorough and patient with me. I would recommend him over and over again. It is a long wait to see him with your appointment but he never rushes and answers all your questions. He has your best interest at hand. I don't like his new location but I am confident in what he does so I keep going.

I was a patient of Dr. Griggs for17 years. I also worked for him at Mercy Medical Center. He saved my life, I had pre-eclampsia and had to have an emergency C-Section. He took excellent care of me. I know that the wait time is horrible, but he is worth the wait. He was very supportive of me while my ex-husband was divorcing me and I consider him to be a good friend. There are a lot of quacks out there and my previous GYN was a cocaine addict. I highly recommend him. The only reason I do not go to him anymore is because I live in South Florida now. I love Dr. Robert Griggs!!! yes the wait time is horrible but it is worth it. I have seen many GYns and I have never had a doctor who truly cares like he does. He was on point each time i would pregnant. I went through a horrible tramatic experience during my first pregnancy and Dr. Griggs acted like a Papa Bear , he made sure I was protected and my child was safe. He put me on bed rest for 6 months and made sure I was at ease and comfortable. My anxiety and stress level was high but Dr Robert Griggs made sure I stayed calm and took care of my baby. He fought with the hospital to make sure I recieved the proper care and was down right comforting. I love Dr Griggs and would travel to see him. Just bring a good book for the wait

I had a bit of a rash on my breast- he told me to use different detergent.. turned out I had a pre- cancer and a red rash is a symptom- I didn't know this at the time but found out after I read about it. I also needed a hysterectomy because of uterine pressure and some bleeding.. he needed 2 other Drs to verify this or else he wouldn't seem fit to preform a hysterectomy..what?? I went to another dr and she said she's never heard of such a thing- good think I had a second opinion because I had an enlarged uterus with fibroids that needed to be removed. I remember waiting a very very long time in the waiting room as well.. very nice - yes - does he know his sh-t NO. Move on...

Dr. Griggs is the best!!!!!! He's very caring. He has the greatness bedside manners that I have ever seen in a doctor.

He is an excellent doctor. He delivered 2 of my of 3 children. He tells you everything what is going to happen every month.

I been with this doctor for years. I think that he is a very good doctor. Unfortunately anytime you make an appointment you have to wait hours to be seen for hours. I'm the last month I made 3 appointments and came to the office in time. For some reason hours later I'm still waiting to be seen. Then the receptionist told Stated when I left the office because I had to get my child off the bus. I would not have to wait for a 3 time. Unfortunately again when I get there the doctor was late and 4 people were ahead of me. So what is the point of making appointments if there no where near honored 2 to 3 hours wait for a scheduled appointment is really ridiculous. I very upset and really don't wanna change doctors but who has the time to see and wait for so long every time you have a appointment. What does Dr. Griggs and his staff think his patients have no life

Great doctor. One nice nurse. Rest of office staff : cold, horrible, heartless. Especially tall blonde at front desk. She seems to lead and everyone else follows. One can't be a serious health care practicioner with such uncompassionate staff. The last time I was there, I left without seeing the doctor and staff clearly couldn't have cared less. I happen to be a registered nurse and would never treat my patients that way. True patient care values patient's feelings. I have been a patient of Dr. Griggs for over 12 years, but I am now seeking a new ob/gyn. In all those years he has been a great doctor yet most of his staff has always been terrible . I can't believe that he is not aware. So it makes me wonder.

He is by far the worst dr. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody!!!! Your wait is 3 hrs or longer. His staff is disgustingly rude and obnoxious. Once you get in the room to be scene you wait another hr or so he always has a excuse on why it took so long ,he is always rescheduling appts and he is just the worst. He appears as a gentlemen but his work ethics sucks after you wait all that time he only spends 10 mins max with you. I will never go back there again!
