Dr. Gross and his staff took such great care of my son through this very enduring procedure. He has helped my son feel confident about all he’s having to go through to reduce his seizures. We are so grateful for Dr. Gross and his staff’s knowledge and expertise.

Though his profile lists several distinctions my personal experience has been a nightmare at best. He performed brain surgery that resulted in complications he has never acknowledged. Despite having a stroke in his care during the procedure he performed he DID NOT inform me nor my family as to what happened or as how to best rehabilitate me. If considering Epilepsy surgery research other hospitals & doctors before consulting with Gross or having it performed at Emory University Hospital. Best wishes & God bless to anyone who is seeking this type of care.

My experience with this doctor was very unplesant. Despite his MD, PhD designations and a referral from my epileptologist that I like and trusted. This doctor showed a disturbing lack of integrity to me & my family. The complications, which I knew of the possbilities werenot disclosed despite direct questions to him as to what had happened to impair my inability to walk, speak, or do anything after my surgery. A *SERIOUS* lack of integrity was displayed!

Dr. Gross is a wonderful doctor/surgeon. He recently was my surgeon with brain surgery due to a tumor causing epilepsy. I had the tumor removed and have been seizure-free for almost 3 months!! He is very caring and does wonderful work. He spent plenty of time with me and answered all my questions before I went through this. I was appalled at how well and fast my incision healed up and was very impressed that I didnt have to have any hair shaved. God picked a great "tool" to use with my surgery.

Dr. Gross is AWESOME!!! I've never had a doctor like him. He takes lots of time with you to explain in layman's terms and understand your concerns. He's compassionate and very kind. I highly recommend him to anyone with a neurological surgery problem.
