Alicia is very rude and also not enough knowledge to work in the front The whole facility is terrible they dont do their job correctly and pretty sure the doctor is not aware how they run his office

they asked questions and had no clue why she was being so evasive to the parents. the wait was long and he was just chatting away with staff. I don't like this clinic.

Dr. Habbestad is a very professions, doctor that takes the time that I needed to explain my medical problems. He is diligent about getting to the bottom of my problems, as he has recommended CT a stan as needed and other necessary treatment.

A couple of days ago I took my mom for an exam as recomended by primary physician. It was easy to set up an appointment, but despite having appointment, we still have to wait about an hour before invited to the exam room. The staff nurse at the exam room had a long face, didn't say anything pretend as there was nobody in the room. The doctor was nice & seems caring, although appeared impatient when my aging mother did not respond instantly to some of his questions. Upon finished with the doctor, the front desk girl that so unprofessional, rude with extremely poor attitude handed a prescription and ordering to return in a few days for a test. When asked what kind of test, she doesn't know or wouldn't say and said to buy the prescription and return on the date & time she determined. During the conversation at front desk, she constantly asked to repeat what we have said, as if we were speaking some foreign language. Seems to me she need be the patient of the doctor she worked for. This… staff was so ignorant, out of focused, displays discourteous manner & very unprofessional. She should be thankful being employed. Feel sorry for the doctor that seems somewhat nice but having such a bad & extremely poor staff, may want to consider enrolling his staff to take comprehensive customer service course.

I took my mother to this dr. for a ear cleaning and though they scheduled an appt quickly the following day they asked as to arrive at 7:30 AM and then we sat there for 1 1/2 hours. A women then came into the room didn't introduce herself and began speaking to my mom in Spanish, she assumed a Spanish surname meant my mother didn't speak English. When I requested she speak English she rolled her eyes at me and wouldn't look at me again only my mom who was having a difficult time hearing because she wears hearing aids and needed her ears cleaned. The girl was extremely rude and unprofessional. The receptionist was no better when I requested they call my mother by her correct name she raised her voice and stated she was calling her by her correct name. I had to point out that they even had it spelled incorrectly, so how could they be using her correct name.Dr. Habberstad was extremely nice and explained the process to my mom and told her she should come back every 6 months. But… seriously his staff needs a reality check about their attitudes, most people are happy to have employment, these people seem angry because they have to work. Not the right business to be in if you don't like people, but I guess they don't like themselves either...

I went to his office in Los Angeles for an ear cleaning. His staff was so unprofessional, shouting across the rooms, eating in front of patients, telling me that another patient thinks I'm cute. Their work was sloppy, and the doctor told me that he did not have the right equipment to clean my ears, and that I'd have to go to his other office, way outside of LA, the next day.When I arrived the next day, he charged me again for an office visit, though he told me I had to go there because he did not have proper equipment at the other office. To me, it was a continuation of an office visit, not a new one. I complained to him about the unprofessionalism at his other office, and he said he's just doing that, "you know, to do something in the hood." I guess people in "the hood" don't deserve professional treatment with proper equipment? This guy is pathetic. They tried to give me a follow up visit, but I will never see this guy again. I rather deal with professionals.
