I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. He was easy to deal with, straight talking and made sure I understood what was going on.

I was very happy after my first visit with the doctor, then things went downhill. He completed carpal tunnel on my left hand, it went well. I came in for follow up and had to remind him that I needed my right hand done as well. He was in such a hurry. This didn't bother me near as badly as the way I was treated by his nurse this visit. When his nurse called my name, she just turned and walked quickly on down the hall with her back to me, no eye contact or how are you. So I stood there asking the other staff if I should even follow her? Later after getting scheduled for an appointment for my right hand I was in the car and realized I couldn't have surgery on that date so I proceeded back into the office thinking they could just reschedule or suggest I call later, instead the receptionist told the doctor's nurse that I was back to get rescheduled and I heard her yell from a room in a very rude tone "She'll just have to wait in line!" I was astounded. I didn't think I asked to be… put in front of anyone else, I just thought it would be better for everybody if I let them know I couldn't come in on the day scheduled! So they got the SURGERY SCHEDULER to come out and help me instead who let me know right up front that this wasn't "usually her job". Worst part yet, I found out I couldn't come in on the day the surgery scheduler put me down for either, and have had to change it twice after that. The very last time I called she was pretty rude on the phone. But isn't scheduling part of her job? I apologized so many times, but it doesn't seem to matter.
