Dr. Nathan Allen Fogt, DO

He outright lied to workers comp to get me back to work. Did not do a physical exam on me at all. He's just a terrible person, can't even call him a Doctor.

I have been considered disabled by 12 doctors. This man is the 13th doctor I have seen. I've lost over 75% of the movement in my dominant Arm after being in a work related accidents. This man did my 3rd 2nd opinion for the Department of Labor and actually told them that I had no residual problems stemming from a shoulder surgery . Use a valuation consisted of 5 questions which I was not allowed to elaborate on and when I tried he shushed me. His physical examination was a joke. If you have an option of going to another doctor I would seriously consider it because this man knows nothing hes more worried about getting that pay check then he is helping person or just telling the truth for that matter.

I do not like the fact you have to pay your copay up front before you ever even get to see the Dr.

I had knee surgery done in April. I've had an issue with one of my knees for about 12 years now and just kept putting it off. Turns out I had a torn meniscus. With the injury being so old, there were no guarantees that my issue could be 100% fixed. Monday was two months and my knee feels great! I would recommend this doctor highly. He was very caring and even joked around with my wife at my bedside which eased her mind about my surgery. All I can say is, look out Dr. Fogt, I've had a shoulder injury for many years too :)

Doctors only concern was checking xrays to make sure the bone was healing. Great but made me feel like he thought I was lying when I told him about my thigh hurting badly for two weeks. He never examined my leg once without my jeans on. He even suggested I get another opinion from another ortho surgeon. Out of frustration I sought out a sports therapist who immediately sent me to the ER , turns out I had DVTs in my leg (blood clots). All the signs were there if he would have actually examined my leg. I could have died of a PE if I wouldn't have sought out another opinion and gotten treatment.

REFUSED to listen about other ortho problems that occurred since apt. was made. "You're here for your left shoulder, I don't want to hear about anything else!" Bad-mouthed my previous Ortho and then called me a liar when I said I ran into that Ortho in Vegas and, from the other side of the Strip, he shouted and asked me to wave my repaired arm! Afterwards the Cleveland Clinic spent ~6 months trying to find the reason for multiple muscle/tendon failure occurring simultaneously.

Dr. Fogt is rude he did work on my knee on Jan 2012 and wouldn't give me a brace for support which I needed and I still having problems with the knee and the pain has got worst and gets mad every time when I go see him do not go see this doctor.

Has a real anger issue, seems self centered.

I went to this doctor for knee pain. He said he saw no problem with knee. Wanted to do surgery to see what he could find. Why would I do that? Went to another doctor. Was my hip! Would never recommend him to anyone!

This guy cancelled three consecutive appointments, forcing me to go somewhere else. They didn't even seem concerned that he was doing it, offering excuses like "he decided to go out of town"' or "he is having trouble with his lease". If you need prompt service, you probably ought to avoid this joker.
