Of the crap the BWC hires to do physican reviews. Having bilateral shoulder injuries one post op and one pre. He denied my TT because his believes I can weld and run my machines with one weak post op arm. Not taking into considering the new c9 for surgery that was posted to my file. Can't drive to work, can't even wipe my can, but because of Shiple I lost two months of pay which you guys know what that means! Hearings! Oh fun fun!!! These guys just don't get it.

Went to him for mandatory IME for worker's comp injury. He did not accurately read reports of tests done. He spent less than 10 minutes "examining" me ...

Went to him for the IME report for worker's comp injury which was incorrect causing my claim to be denied. His written report contained fabrications as to how I told him my injury happened even though I had a witness with me. He spent less than 10 minutes examining me, consisting of having me bend, looking at my back. This is his entire business, he works for the WC board to stack the deck against an injured worker so they will lose their claim. My main doctor said, well I have to go by his report to deny your claim. He should be ashamed to call himself a doctor.

CAME IN FOR APPOINTMENT AT 9:30AM AND DOCTOR DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE OFFICE UNTIL ALMOST 10:00AM. AS SOON AS HE ENTERED THE ROOM HIS BODY ODOR WAS OVERWHELMING. HE SPENT ALL OF 5 MINUTES "EXAMINING ME." THIS MAN BEING CALLED A DOCTOR MAKES ME QUESTION THE GUIDELINES SET FORTH BY OHIO TO RECEIVE THE TITLE. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Dr. does not look at all reports submitted and misreads the documents from other dr in his office. This Dr has no idea how much pain people are in and puts them through things they can not handle. He is a poor excuse for an IME .
