Dr Havard is a man of great compassion. I’m a new patient and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. He made me feel at ease, he was very informative about my condition, and he returned to answer questions I had. He said I could always come ask if I had more concerns.

Such a caring man while he treated my husband for over two years. Always available to talk. Just so caring.

Dr havard continually misdiagnosed me throughout the course of treatment. I would not recommend him at all. Seek treatment elsewhere if you want a chance...

Because of this MD's failure to diagnose my Mother's small bowel impaction over the course of 3 dr's appointments in one week (that my Mom made b/c she new something was wrong) she couldn't eat for 3 days, her bp dropped perilsally and she died at the main hospital while they tried to save her in an emergency surgery. All the clinicians were like "how was this not caught earlier?"Other major issues are: He takes on a tremendous amounts of patients at once. Due to his enormous case load the quality of his care drops. My mother and I got the impression we were just numbers with dollar signs pasted on our foreheads. He is always out of the office, has other Dr. give you bad news. Doesn't call or answer calls. Horrible bedside manner. He gives the impression everything is "okay" when really he is giving you a death sentence. My advice: go somewhere else... please beware, and "see" this Dr. at your own risk.

My experience is based on a b cell lymphoma I contracted a few years ago. Under the care of the good doctor and his staff, I underwent chemo. Yes, I lost hair and weight but did not suffer any nausea. The environs and support staff were so pleasant that I almost looked forward to my treatments. Maybe I was lucky, but perhaps Dr. Havard should be credited... at least that's what I think. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor...talk to Dr. Havard.

Dr.Havard is my guardian angel!! I am very grateful to him and his staff for saving my life. Especially the front reception girls. They always greeted me with a smile and respect. I would recommend Sequioa Regional Cancer Center to anyone that is going through the horrible disease of cancer.

As a professional nurse as well as a Chief Nursing Officer, my visit as a patient with Dr. Havard was excellent. I could not have been more pleased in every way. I recommend him highly.
