Hello. We are parents. My sweet son, got too much back pain and we don’t know. Can’t find out ourselves, and we used painkillers several medications, such as creams, didn’t helped, and we went New York City Bellevue hospital emergency. We told them, our son having sever back pain. They took blood tests different back tests number of times and MRI scan. Pain constantly continued on a level of 10. My son was admitted in Bellevue for almost a week. They treated my son in a different ways and still the pain wasn’t gone. And then doctors stated that it might be a muscle pain and they end up discharging our son from Bellevue. They wrote down some description to go to physical therapy. At the end we brought our son to this physical therapy to Dr. Robert Hecht. MD. And my son was full time college student and attending college with this severe pain. And very first time when we see Dr. Hecht, we told him why my son isn’t feeling better after all we tried several medications and had tests. We… were very worried about our son, thinking how our son will feel better or get better. When we came to Dr. Hecht and mentioned the situation. He mentioned that we should firstly do MRI scan and then we will go from there. After all he scheduled our Appointment for the MRI scan to the best clinic. After MRI results, doctor say your son have a lymph nodes around the back the reason our son was having back pain. Before I went several clinics and hospitals and no one was able to find out what was bothering my son and what was the reason behind my son back pain. Only this Greatest and best doctor saved my son from danger. I’m very thankful to the Dr. Hecht and We highly recommended this Dr to everyone. Dr. Hecht is the best Doctor in the world. Overall my son health is now very well and healthy. A big thanks to the Dr. Hecht. Me and my whole family will pray for the Dr. Hecht. If there a option of million stars I would give him. He deserves much more. Finally thanks to the Dr. Hecht and the whole staff who was there for us during hard times, we will never ever forget this

The wait time was more than 45 minutes. I never even saw a doctor--I was seen by a PA instead, who did not provide me with an adequate workup or adequate pain management. The office seems geared towards worker's comp--these were the patients that Dr Hecht actually took the time to see. I would never go back or recommend this office.

I waited two hour to see him he was in the room for five mins not even oder an mri becauces he has medicene there in office not cause i need it the whole company seams like they are doctors jus to get money from insurance companies not the care of the patient
