Dr. Robert Nolan Hetz, MD

When I went to him, he had a questionnaire asking if I had every had sex or a relationship and if I ever had an orgasm. Completely inappropriate. When I indicated I did not have a relationship or ever had sex, he said something was wrong with me and referred me to a psychiatrist. Very much a whack job.

My mother suffered permanent damage to her eye from laser treatment by Nolan. Following treatment, I required reconstructive medical procedures due to a reactive mix of different products which should not have been used together. Obtaining my medical records from Nolan for my new doctor, was met with abusive, threatening, horrific emails from Nolan and required legal intervention.

This so called doctor is a total wack job. The only people that work for him are his family. He yells and insults his patients. He makes his patients wait for hours and then he charges them for extended visits. Never Ever go to this man . He is a theif!!! The positive reviews are written by his wife and son. Be careful He Will Scam You.

My first Xeomin injection with him and results are horrible. When contacting him with concerns, he was very unprofessional and sounded like a zoo in the background. The way he spoke to me was far from professional. Told me I don't know what I'm talking about. I would stay far away from this man!

Dr. Hetz is meticulous with every detail from health care products as well as the best procedurethat will enhance your skin care and diligently address each and every concern you may have.He perseveres and provides help and direction to resolve issues outside of his immediate realm.He has orchestrated skin cancer testing for me leading to its subsequent removal from a dermatology group. His insistence lead to both areas being caught in a precancer stage.Dr. Hetz is truly invested in complete patientcare and obtaining optimal results.

I've received Botox or Botox equivalent from 2 places now and Dr. Hetz's application was less painful, better placement and longer lasting!

My treatment is very recent so I am still in the healing process and will be receiving additional treatments to address my individual treatment goals. Dr. Hetz was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining the entire treatment process to me. I feel that he has a lot of knowledge and experience. He is extremely wonderful at communicating with you as you heal. He called me in the evening and on the weekend. This is unheard of with many doctors. He genuinely cares and is concerned about how you are doing. He is a perfectionist and appears to want the treatment to be as successful as possible. I felt that I was in very safe hands. It can be a scary experience especially when you are talking about your face and body. Dr Hetz knows his stuff!!! I would highly recommend him if you are interested in rejuvenating your skin and or have other body concerns related to maintaining and improving a youthful appearance. I look forward to continuing my individual treatment plan and look forward… to healthier skin.

Dr. Hetz helped me through an issue I was having and went above and beyond. There have been friendly new office staff almost every time I came.

The treatment I received was easy and quick. Jason was superb in his customer service and very friendly. My appointment was scheduled immediately and the procedure was also done the same day as my first appointment. Dr. Hetz is amazing. I no longer feel uncomfortable around others. I absolutely love my face.
