At first it turned out ok ?? and well I thought Dr jackson and Darren johnson would help my lower back pain they made me significantly worse trust me look into other doctors Or go to UCi medical center and as for the Nueroscience institute at mission hospital more incompetent idiots

This doctor is a horrible surgeon don’t trust his work hes an incompetent surgeon he has left me in worse pain than before surgery and my nerve pain is worse

Dr Robert Jackson ruined my life by me trusting him to do neck surgery . Saying I was going to be paralyzed if I didn't do surgery. I had no pain before surgery now I am paralyzed with pain / burning / numbness/ off balance /dizziness and brain fog /Stiffness in neck after any exercise and other doctors have told me I would have had to be hit by a semi truck for me to be paralyzed He jumps to surgery way to soon and has no concept of the danger his patients are in .. Don't trust him

Had L3L4 and l5 done with a fusion feeling horrible and worse nerve pain is excruciating not satisfied at all

This procedure did not help me at all its horrible the nerve pain and lower back pain has not improved im not happy at all and how can people say hes a world class surgeon and he cant give me any answers is totally ridiculous

Dr. Jackson is an outstanding doctor. I’ve seen numerous spine surgeons over the years. 9 out 10 will exude arrogance and will be primarily focused on financial gains. Dr. Jackson is your 1 out 10 spine surgeons who is not like the others. He is down-to-earth, professional, and compassionate doctor. As a surgeon other doctors say he is best surgeon.

I've seen masoudi for cervical surgery and it went well so I figure Dr Jackson will have to fix my back looking forward to seeing doctor Jackson

I am very satisfied with the results of my surgery. Dr. Jackson and his staff are excellent!!!

I had a couple of cervical discs replaced. Both Dr Jackson and his PA were attentive and returned my calls fairly quickly. My only gripe is with the office assistant. She called in a referral for PT and then never followed up. When I called her 2 ½ weeks later, she was very defensive, made no effort to help me, didn’t know what was going on and had me call the PT who told me the I was approved a day after the request was called in. They also told me it was the Dr.’s assistant that was supposed to call and let me know it was approved the day after it was requested. Today I had a 6 month follow up. Darin, the PA was attentive and explained things clearly. I need to have a test done which requires approval. The admin was short with me and said she’d call it in and let me know when it’s approved. When I asked how I would be notified of the approval, she was snarky and said “I just told you I would call you. Bottom line is the Dr.s are very good and the admin shouldn’t be allowed… to deal with the public.

I highly, highly recommend Dr. Robert Jackson and his staff for any Neurological treatment you need. I've had a total of 4 surgery's by Dr. Jackson all with a perfect outcome. He explains every procedure to you, makes you feel completely comfortable, follow-up care is excellant and Mission Hospital is Top Notch! Dr. Robert Jackson & Staff deserves 10 Stars!!!!
