Dr. Kaplan grew up on Long Island and received his undergraduate degree from Brown University.
He received his medical training at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine where he is an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics. Dr. Kaplan is a Board Certified Pediatrician.
