Dr. Robert I Kaplan, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Kaplan for more than 25 years and regard him as one of the most skilled and personable physicians I have ever met. Every diagnosis, treatment or surgery I have undergone has been thorough and accurate--and much less intimidating because of his congenial bedside manner. I've always found his staff to be helpful and courteous.

I have seen Dr Kaplan for a couple different ailments & he also shares the office space with my GP I was looking up his phone number from this site & I clicked on the reviews for the heck of it because I know Dr Kaplan very well & I could not believe the review from Sept 2012. It is completely 180 degrees from the man & staff that I know & have witnessed his business many times. The relationship between Robert Kaplan, the staff, the patient, the expertise, & professionalism is 4.0 all the way.

This man is fake and has a fake bedside manner with his patients. I witnessed how he treated his staff by yelling at the top of his lungs in front of everyone with no regard to the patients or family members present. This is unprofessional and does speak highly of him. I will not let my family member return to him because if he treats his staff like that then what is a mean spirited man like that really thinking if he finds a patient or family member he doesn't particularly care for. Your a doctor and a professional.....ACT LIKE ONE!!! Maybe they didn't teach him that in his 1 star institution of training in Mexico.
