Dr. Robert Lawrence Karp, MD

Staff is totally unprofessional. Dr Karp lied. He never followed through with anything he said. I found out his staff with held my Biopsy reports for two weeks because I was labeled a PITA. I called trying to get the results of a biopsy that was positive. They have over billed me twice. When i brought it to their attention the gave me 5 pages of my visits and told me to reconcile the payment issue myself. This DR and his office should be out of business

This office has its problems, not with its doctors, but with its support system. The nurses with Dr Karps office failed on several occasions to return calls and or advise the doctor of messsages left. I would give Dr Karp a B and his staff an F

Please DO NOT visit either of their offices! The office manager has no customer service skills, there is only one good doctor, the rest are mental, if you do decide to go there take a book, or better yet check into a room, you are going to be there a while. If you don't believe you will definitely see for yourself.......

EXCELLENT AND CARING PHYSICIAN

This doctor belittled me, made me feel "small" and actually made JOKES about a very sensitive and SERIOUS problem. Totally unprofessional and left me emotionally scarred and afraid to visit any doctor now. His "staff" are just as unprofessional and uncaring. When I called about my issue they gave me an attitude and HUNG UP!? I never was vulgar or rude, I was completely courteous and just tried to explain my situation to them. I switched Urologists immediately. STAY AWAY!
