Dr. Robert J Klein, MD

Do not waste your time, money or good vision here. I arrived 10 minutes early for an eye test for my driver's license renewal. I waited 35 minutes after my appointment time, although the office was empty. Once shown to the examination room, I waited another half hour. I could hear the doctor yelling at his staff. When he came in, he was rude, unfocused (pun intended), and told me I did not need glasses, even though I told him my vision was blurry in one eye. I went to another doctor two weeks later, got a prescription, and can see much more clearly now. BEWARE!

I needed to find an Ophthalmologist in the area so I found this Dr Klein. While I was waiting for at least 40 minutes I heard how he treats his employees. What an evil disgusting non human this person is. Treating them like GARBAGE... The office personnel was nice but this Dr. should be charged with harassment and put away for years. I can tell this is his demeanor and personality. If I ever saw him in a alley I would slap this thing in his ugly face... I just walked out..... I hope his employees file against him.

Dr Klein was very professional and diagnosed the problem I was having. I have been to the office many times and there is usually a lengthy wait, but my last call to the office was unbelievable. His staff leaves much to be desired, not professional no compassion. I called saying I thought I had pink eye and the young lady who answered the phone told me i could come in sometime in June??? I called on May 15???
