Everything was very good

Very attentive and caring doctor, paid attention to all my questions and answered them clearly so I could understand. I could tell he enjoys his profession and his patients are very important to him.

I have recommended Dr. Knipe to multiple friends. He always listens to my complaint, we develop a plan, and move forward by getting tests, setting up appointment for injection, etc

I would recommend these professionals to anyone who needs special care.

Provider seemed to know about my problem but did not recommend any lasting relief from my severe back pain.

Inept staff. Lack of communication and the DR is very harried and seems nonchalant.

In all fairness let me state we never actually saw the doctor. He might be marvelous but the wait time is unacceptable. As requested, my husband and I got there 15 minutes early for the appointment. Ten minutes past the appointed time I asked how much longer it would be. We were told that the doctor was still with one patient and there was another in front of us. We were told that when the doctor was finished with the other two patients he would see my husband but that the doctor took his time with his patients. That is all well and good but then don't schedule so many patients who are in pain that they have to wait for an unknown length of time. My husband suffers enough without having to wait for who knows how long. To top it off we assume we lost the co-pay for the privilege of inconsideration treatment.
