Doesn't listen, looks at computer instead of at patient, diagnoses based on 2 year old information, talks over you. He should retire.

Doesn't listen, interrupts you, looks at record instead of talking to you, diagnoses based on something 2 years earlier, seems eager to get you out of the office. He should consider retiring.

Two years ago, Lafsky performed a colonoscopy on me. He removed two polyps that were biopsied and found to be non cancerous. Two years after his colonoscopy I developed digestive problems and my GP saw that I had a colonoscopy so he did a complete bloodwork on me and found no problems. GP said it may be food intolerance. I went to GI specialist and had a colonoscopy and the Dr found a 2 inch tumor in my rectum. Dr said it was a slow growing cancer and MISSED during the colonoscopy 2 years ago. The colorectal surgeon confirmed it had been missed. Beware!

I'm a big fan of Dr Lafsky - his wide range of knowledge and curiosity about his patients is refreshing. His enthusiasm about his work is contagious and I am very impressed with his skills and especially the team he has assembled at the Center. We need more Drs like him.

Dr. Lafsky is a no nonsense - let's find out what's wrong or what a patient needs and then find a way to fix it. I would readily recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Biggest jerk I have ever seen. Only time I have ever walked out of an appointment because they are so rude.

Dr's office could use some sense of urgency when it comes to emergent appointments.. Not only was I given the wrong time for the appointment. There was no other option- recourse or direction given for seeking alternate care. Where this was clearly a last minute appointment- so much so that you reminded the dr. It would make sense to at least reach out to the patient- not wait until they came in for their scheduled appt time. Not faulting the Drs or the care porvided- just the front desk staffs attention to detail and concern for patient well being. Was not seen today and now will be seeking care elsewhere

He is a wealth of knowledge and is open minded to questions. Any questions you ask do not side track him, and he always comes back to the topic under discussion. He makes my wife and I feel comfortable, and takes the time to explain the intricacies of my ailment. We trust his opinion and judgement. And the staff are superb!

He has a great sense of humor, too.
