Dr. Robert Dale Little, MD

Phoenix Children's hospital should be embarrassed at their follow up. They are (makes me wonder who has done the ratings??) one of the highest rated children's hospital. Maybe it is time they started acting like it???

Everything was great from the start! He answered all my questions, bedside manner with my daughter was wonderful, kind and caring, and he was on top of getting her testing started right way. The follow up with results took a while. I had to call a few times before I got a return call. Which upset me because she needed medication that had to be started stat!!

Response to return calls was less than stellar

Our experience with Dr. Little was excellent. After getting the run-around from another doctor, we were able to get in to see Dr. Little in less than 2 weeks, which is outstanding for a new patient at a pediatric neurologist. We got in to see the doctor before I had even filled out the paper, so it was really fast. One person on his staff was very polite, and one was a little off, but it was fine. When Dr. Little came in, at first I wasn't sure he was listening to me. He's very quiet and has a subdued manner. But soon I realized that he was listening carefully and considering our options, which I greatly prefer to someone who just chit chats. He was professional and explained things clearly to both my son and me. He asked several times if we had any other questions, and very willingly explained everything i asked about. I was so relieved to find someone who both listened to me and believed what I was saying. At the end of the visit, he gave me his card so I could contact him… if we needed prescription alterations or had questions. Overall I was very impressed with Dr. Little. He is an interesting person, and I can see why some people don't mesh with him, but he doesn't have to be your best friend--he just has to be a great doctor. And I think he is--My son has felt better over the last month than he has in years. Thank you, Dr. Little!!

Dr Little was condenscending, disrespectful, and completely misled patient. Treatment options were limited and ineffective. Doctor did not follow-up with patient was promised. Upon receivng patient records, doctor notes were contradictory to what actually happened during office visits. Upon reviewing doctor notes with doctor, further conradictions were made rendering obsolvement of trust and confidences in doctor ability.

Dr. Little is an exceptional doctor, with great bedside manner, knowledge and sensitivity. However, his support staff and telephone answering system represent varying degrees of complete and utter madness. I am not a fan of the support system for Dr. Little.

Dr Little spend less then 5 min with my son... and bill my insurance for $500 for "his time"!

i was very happy with dr little. he listened and answered all the questions that we had. he did everything to find out the problem and is still working with us to make sure we don't have any more concerns. he was great!

Dr. Little took his time with my daughter and the questions that we had. He did not make me feel rushed or like I was just another parent with another sick child. A breath of fresh air, after a tramatic experience!

In a nutshell, our child suffered dearly in the hands of Dr. Little. He is a NEW doctor who was too stubborn to listen to the other doctors, had no concern or compassion for our little girl and we are still suffering from the traumatic experience and effects of his negligence. Your child's life is TOO PRECIOUS to trust this man!!!!
