Very nice Dr. and friendly staff.

Terrible customer service. Kept me waiting 4 business days after a referral from emergency room for hairline fracture of my left arm on Friday evening only to tell me (6 days post-injury) that they couldn't see me in a timely manner and I should seek help elsewhere.Today, 12 days post-injury and still unable to have set an appointment with another doctor, I called again, only to be told, once the doctor says no, I can't schedule you. Guess my injury isn't worth their time.

I went to Dr. Lock with what I thought was a knee problem...it turned out to be something else and it made him furious...he yelled at me and then came back into the room and yelled again. Very unprofessional. I am sure he is a great surgeon as I hear from others how good he is but this is unacceptable of him.

Dr. Lock did my first hip surgery. He did a great job. Hip still working great after 10 years. Getting ready to have him do my left hip now. With the confidence of his expertise.

I had excellent treatment with both of my knee replacements! Dr. Lock took the time to explain the procedures and his support staff were helpful ' I have nothing but good to say about this office!
