Dont go to this Dr. Hes taking on too many new patients and I waited 2hrs and 10 minutes. I had to file a grievance about that and they completely blew off everything I needed after that and he became arguementive about everything. I was in so much intense pain I nearly died!! He just argued it was something else. It wasnt!! A few days later when I was about to go into the ER I called again to tell him I was about to call 911. They ordered a ultra sound that wouldn't show anything! If I wasnt willing to drive nearly an hour to be squeezed in as an emergency, I would have suffered yet another 3 weeks!! Being a master herbalist, I decided to start treating myself to see if the pain would go away. Sure enough, most of it did. Unfortunately this is a treatment for cancer..Which is not good news.. All I wanted was a simple stool and blood test! He was supposed to order tests & that never happened. He had his secretary call a week later to see how I was doing? Ummmmmm Really? Where were… the tests? This only happened after I called my insurance to complain for the third time and to FIRE him!! This had made the third time I was blown off made to suffer in the worst pain I had ever had. I actually passed out from it and should have called 911. Iwill say he did prescribe opioids for the pain.. that doesnt solve anything! Turning people into an opiod junkie? Thx@! I am still on my own holistic treatment while waiting for the emergency retro change to see another dr. I was treated like dirt all because I complained about a 2 hour wait time? That should have never happened in the first place. If I find out that I do test positive for cancer, I am going to sue him for pain and suffering.

This office is dirty. Doctor takes to long. An appointment can last up to 3-4 hours, mostly waiting. Doctor doesn't look at you when you are explaining something, always looking down at his tablet. I wouldn't recommend him as a doctor if you are a prompt person.

The front dest staff here was friendly. That is about the only positive thing I have to say about my visit here. After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes (not to mention the 10 minutes I was early) I was treated rudely by the intake nurse who first asked me if my hair was real, which it is, and then proceeded to tell me it looks fake...and she did not mean it nicely. After waiting, and waiting, and waiting, I was very disappointed with the doctor. When he walked in he did not shake my hand, and he certainly did not make eye contact. He had his eyes fixed on the tablet he held in his hand. I proceeded to explain what my complaint was. He did not look at me once. Then in the midst of my explanation he received a phone call and answered it. He did not say "excuse me let me take this", or "Im sorry for the interruption". He just went on like nothing had happened. I found this incredibly rude. Apparently he was not listening to me at all because my health complaint pertains to a… tumor or mass next to my spine. He told me not to worry about it unless it gets bigger. Mind you one of the first sentences out of my mouth were that in the last year it had grown larger. I mean really?! During our communication there were several instances just like this on. Had he been listening in the first place he would have had his answers. He did not ask me one single question about my back or how it feels. He was, however, very interested in asking me questions about my health insurance...I will let you make your own decision about what that may mean. Worst doctors visit of my life! Please do not waste your time with this doctor or the banning office....I wish no one the same care I received here.
