Dr. Robert Leslie Lozo, MD

I've said it before-Dr. Lozo is the epitome of a fine physician. He makes eye contact, listens carefully, and answers question in a thorough and understandable manner. He shows genuine regard for your concerns and offers options. His staff reflects his attitude; they are kind, friendly, and professional. This practice does everything to make your experience as productive and pleasant as possible. I truly appreciate them.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Lozo. He epitomizes everything I think of in picturing the ideal physician. He is professional, strives to put the patient St ease, patiently answers all questions, all while maintaining a calm and interested attitude. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a physician who is in medicine for all the right reasons.

Dr lozo is amazing doctor highly professional and he is so compassionate.I trust doctor lozo with my life and he's very attentive. He never dismissed your concern and he's a great listener. It's hard to find a doctor that's not all about money and really care about his patient. I referred all my friends and family to Dr lozo.

The doctor refused to check my hormones even though I've had a partial hysterectomy and might be going through menopause, and am having hormonal symptoms. He said menopause isn't a big deal because it can't be stopped, I guess he forgot that there's medication to ease the suffering of menopause now. The receptionist seemed very interested in if all the patients in the waiting room had company based insurance opposed to state insurance, and took back everyone who had good insurance ahead of me even though I arrived there first. It's clear the doctor doesn't want to be bothered with state insurance and cheap insurances, or do any work. I did add on an extra star because he ordered cervical imaging for my ovarian cysts.

I was never able to reach him about refilling a prescription, I left countless messages and only spoke to the nurses and office secretaries about his decisions. I would leave messages and never receive a call back, having to call the offices 2-3 times a day. Dr. Lozo refused to allow me one last emergency refill of my oral birth control medication, but passed this note along through the office. His reasoning was that I had not been to my annual appointment, for I had recently moved out of state. I had documentation for an appointment that I had scheduled with a new gynecologist, in my area, stating that they wouldn't be able to meet with me until the following month, meaning that I would need one last emergency prescription refilled. In this day and age I would think that a gynecologist would be able to refill the simple oral contraceptive, for the simple fact that a) it is free of charge for many health care providers and b) individuals can visit a planned parenthood and receive… the medication without a prescription. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Dr. Lozo or the Geisinger health center.

Dr. Lozo I kind, compassionate and listens to your concerns. He does whatever is necessary to help you. He would call to give you information no matter what time. Especially if he knows you are waiting for the results.

Living here in Pottstown, PA, you have two practices to go to, and I actually was recommended by a friend. I am so glad she did. I had a couple issues that really concerned me, and he listened to me. He did perform a small procedure on me in the office, it was as comfortable as it could be. He did not talk down to me at all and his staff was amazing as well.
