Dr. Robert Philip Luberto, DO

Whole family, 17 people, has been seeing him for over 20 years. His office staff is unbearable and we will no longer be going to him because of them. They violate every HIPPA law and seem to forget we pay them. They don't process insurance properly and if you question them they become extremely aggressive. They fact they are still employed is a disservice to every patient in that office. Sucks because Luberto is a great Dr.

I waited 40 minutes for a 15 min medication renewal

Let someone 2 hrs late take my appt so instead of me going in, he did and the someone with lunch bag and I sat for more than an hr. I went back to this office because they helped me diagnose my last meniscus tear so the same thing happened to my right knee knee. I got sent for an MRI and they referred me me to a surgeon because of the tear. Dr. Luberto then asked me if I would like pain meds painmeds so I got the prescription. I could not get on to see the surgeon until later the next week. They said to come I'm for an appointment to get the refill. The lady, Laurie, that was there was the biggest beatch. She treated me like I was a druggy and bright up a recent time I had am arm injury that I had to take pain meds and why are you here now. I know that there is an issue with people abusing drugs but don't treat peaple badly because they are sick. These people were so rude. O will tell eveyome o know
